Congratulations to Mathieu and Sara Fahmy Charbonneau-Lefort

I know that at Maria's wedding last year, I said: "Dude, this is the first wedding I've been to of someone who I grew up with." That was true--Maria is my cousin and we lived within two miles of each other during most of our childhood.

Then when Fady Stephanos got married, I thought: "Dude, this is the first wedding I've been to of one of the guys that I hung out with." That was true--Fady is the brother of my good friend Ramy, and he's the good friend of my brother Eddie.

Sara Fahmy is getting married today. I was in SUNDAY SCHOOL with her. So excuse me if you hear me say: "Dude, this is the first wedding I've been to of one of the people I went to Sunday School with."

Then when Eddie gets married in April, I'm going to say: "Dude, this is the first wedding I've been to of someone who was in the same womb that I was in at some point." (Thanks Mom!)

Then when I get married in August, I will exclaim with great excitement: "Dude, this is the first wedding I've been to where I am in fact one of the two attendees to be wed."

But back to today: I'm really excited for the wedding, and I know Heather is, too. Congratulations to Sara and Mathieu. They will make many pretty babies!
