The Oakland/San Jose Athletics Baseball Club of Fremont, California

The A's are moving to Fremont. I wonder:

How will this affect traffic, business, and housing costs in the lower East Bay?
What will the team's new name be? (It's been confirmed that the name will end with "of Fremont". Terrible.)
Why is everyone in such an uproar about the new location when the current "baseball" stadium is situated in the middle of an depressing industrial complex?
How much will it cost me for a churro?

How much do people actually know about Fremont? For one thing, it supposedly has the largest Afghan population in the United States (the only source for this is Wikipedia but I read this in the paper once). Also, Dennis Eckersley and M.C. Hammer are from Fremont. Bust it!
